They will not reimburse you for items you purchase but delivered. How do you think the items got delivered? Did I steal them and then deliver them? Did the customer ever complain they didn't receive the items? My reimbursement was less than $15 but you think I'm lying. Great way to treat drivers!

Been waiting nearly 5 months for a background check that was never ran, got told mid January once it was ran i could go online but nearly 5 months later and the background check was never initiated I've talked to support twice over the issue the first support person never helped and ended the chat, the second sent it to a special team weeks ago and i have yet to get a email back.

App performance is truly absolute garbage &continues tracking after you go offline & close app. I do not want to see orders with delivery destinations further than 10 miles from my chosen service area. I was driving to get closer to the shopping area, hit a bump, double tapped & accepted a batch that I did NOT want that was 20 miles away! I drive an SUV, delivery rates & tips are NOT sufficient to cover any distance greater than 10miles because there is NO pay for the return drive to my area.

Fix the app. It won’t show orders for hours in end
You guys need to work on your location service. The app won't show batches for hours in end even though there is well over 100 stores within 5 miles of me that use your service. Then, when a order does come through it's for a store 35 miles from me. Seriously, it's not that hard.
