Before update 3 stars, now 0 stars for the complete INCOMPETENCE of Jabra or whoever did unintelligent programming. Probably he has only attended the 1st grade 10 times, is also 10 years of school. Since update (firmware) only sound on the left, call answering via not possible, buttons on Elite 10 without function. In a week of no damage repair, the dirt is returned and Jabra garbage is no longer bought

Amazing app, but after I updated to it I suddenly cannot turn on noise cancelling directly on the earbuds (Jabra elite active 75), meaning I'm forced to use the app to turn it on. For that I'll deduct a star, hope you revert the change in the next software update!

Such a shame cause I love these for listening to music - but for calls ? Really disappointed.

Not working with Jabra Evolve 65 SE
I am using Jabra evolve 65 SE headset and such product is not listed in the supported nor the unsupported devices. Very disappointing experience.

I can't use it because of sleep mode😢 is there a way to turn it off? It's annoying, it's off from time to time, and it's roughly male If you're thinking of buying, it's more convenient for you than the customer If the battery is small, you have to overcome it with technology, so you can't even modify the sleep mode, you can't force it to activate, and every time you answer a call, it's a headache.

So your website states that the new Jabra perform 45 is compatible with this Direct app and it's not so. Is there an update needed to make this work? Jus realized that when u search for this exact app, it has to be PC or Mac! Really upsets me that for the price of this bluetooth they don't make it for phones! I have the note 23 ultra. So my phones very powerful! And, may product is already having issues.
