I don’t normally make reviews.. especially not bad ones BUT……
This app is an absolute waste of time! The rewards you earn are for nothing. I've never been able to redeem any reward or offer no matter how many items my order had. When I try to redeem the rewards or offers I get an error message: “This offer is invalid for this order” I emailed them and there's no answer or explanation as to why I'm experiencing this issue. I searched the issue on Google and sure enough, there's thousands of users complaining about the same thing. To make matters worse, when I searched the issue on Google I decided to try on the website. I logged into my account and tried to redeem my reward and I got the same results. Smh My points are just accumulating for no apparent reason. lol it's all a hoax.

Jack, your app stinks! It's impossible to add points from a receipt. All I get is try again later, but you only have 72 hrs to add. Also, there are no customization options for the food beyond adding or subtracting what already comes on it. Ex: you can't add cheese or other veggies to a chicken sandwich. I'd delete but I have points built up already!

Can't even redeem my points because I have to pay through the app, YET I CANT ENTER IN MY CARD INFO BECAUSE THAT SECTION IS BROKEN!

App was hacked and $35.00 worth of food ordered at a restaurant across the country. Jack in the Box refuses to do anything about this. I immediately ununinstalled due to the lack of security in this app.

Illogical Rewards and Offers Policy
It's disgusting how you need to make a purchase (an online mobile purchase at that) in order to redeem a free rewards product. Ridiculous!! At McDonald's, you just go to the drive-thru, give them the code for a free sandwich using your points, and that's it. No extra purchase needed. Another major point is that you can't redeem an offer AND use your rewards in the same transaction. Why? This makes no sense at all. An offer and a reward are two entirely different things. I can understand not redeeming 2 offers in the same transaction, but you should definitely be allowed to redeem an offer and a reward. Don't go to Jack in the Box anymore, folks. McDonalds is the winner for best rewards system, by far.

Can't customize items like you can at storefront. For example exchanging a crispy chicken patty for a grilled one. Or adding strawberry syrup to an oreo shake. Also unable to use reward points on most menu items, very limited selection.. Also pepperjack cheese should be on the menu

Tried 3 times to set up app & order. Does NOT work. Not happy Jack...went to Burger King instead.
