Constant freezing, ad errors and app is not responding message, having to restart multiple times make an otherwise great game very frustrating. This doesn't happen in Pearls Peril (another Wooga game)

This could be the best game, but…
The format itself is fun, but the extra challenges are too hard and players are set up to lose without paying extra $$$ to continue to the end. Especially in Sweep the Board where each segment (except the first) is too long and impossible for a normal player to accomplish without spending expensive and rare diamonds. For a hot second it was doable and fun, but quickly reverted to pretty much impossible. And now Fairground Fortune is getting harder than ever to get to the end because the Help Wanted cases are harder than ever to achieve! All of the ‘cases' are much too drawn out to achieve in a normal game play. I get trying to keep players challenged, but when it is sooo frustrating it is no longer fun. I like a challenge, but I also play to relax in my downtime from my stressful life so to add stress trying to achieve a goal or win a prize is not relaxing! Recent changes have not been for the better. Also, the timelines for the extra challenges are WAY too short for players with any kind of a life/job. And why are materials and compasses SO ridiculously rare and hard to earn?

disappointing
I've been playing for a while at a pretty high level and now I don't like it at all. Since you added memory tasks to the BAs, I plan to stop playing!! Very, very disappointed!

I love the game. Quite complete but I'm tired of it not letting me see ads without leaving the game and to top it off, it takes energy out of me and they don't give it back. Please fix it.

Great game, just don't pay to play because; they continue to make changes that are not player friendly and go against customer feedback. Cheaters have reigned for over a year. The app installs like bloatware and crashes often, even on new devices. Yet they blame your device. And to the support person who will reply here, kindly leave your name so I can contact you directly. Because the majority of you are dismissive at best and dishonest at worst. If they even reply at all

Would give a higher star rating except for one little trick the game likes to play with you. When it is offering a package to purchase it will not let you x out of it so that it can try and force you to buy a package. This has happened more than once it doesn't give you the opportunity to say no or to x out. The only option I have is to close out the game several times before it lets me continue.

Intriguing game, but gets old fast. I think the amount of flowers to get to another level is little inconsiderate. Also once you build the main buildings and complete all upgraded, you really don't have usage for material you earn. Only to sell it. Wish there were more buildings I could build, upgrade throughout the game. Biggest issue with the last upgrade is that game is freezing up, I cannot exit it, icons showing that I can upgrade buildings pop up despite them being at level 5, etc.
