Unable to access customer service
Earnt a stamp card discount after many purchases with a local favourite takeaway. I was informed of the £11.06 discount earned by an email from Just Eat. The link to use the discount took me to the website but there was no sign of the stamp card and no way at all to Apple for the discount. There are no options for getting support at all. Absolutely pathetic. Previously, there was an info@just-eat email address. This has now been removed. It's probably for the best as not one of my simply written emails was understood by the Just Eat representatives, who simply gave me the same idiotic prompts. None replied more than once and none were able to provide any actual help. Use Just Eat, by all mean, but don't rely on the stamp card feature working. And definitely don't count on there being any sort of support with an order.

They offer fake promotions and fake coupons, the discount for the first purchase is not true; it's also more expensive than Glovo. I don't recommend Just Eat

The increase in commissions makes restaurants overcharge the customer: this app increases prices, up to 3 euros more per dish. Restaurants may say that it takes 20 minutes or a thousand minutes to deliver food, there is no control or security against scams. Their customer service gets worse, they take half an hour to respond, they do it with copied phrases and sometimes they close the chat in the middle of the conversation. Just eat doesn't contribute anything, they are intermediaries, it's better to call the restaurant directly.

Too many notifications
Open app to get rid of notification > sends notification because I opened the app > open app to get rid of notification > sends notification because I opened the app. It's like a vicious cycle. Can't turn off notifications because then order notifications won't work.

High delivery and service charge fees
Easy to use app easy to order the fees are more than Deliveroo and KFC is only on just eat now shame there is no membership type plan

It's a rubbish application I made an order the delivery man called me I couldn't take it i instead of ringing the bell he went to follow the delivery i when I claimed the answer of jus eat that I was more attentive to the order some scoundrels I ran out of 25 € i without dinner.

Terrible, they never brought me the food (an order of 30€) and they marked it as delivered. I tried to contact the head office and they didn't help me at all
