I've been at KAISER member for a very long time, and this app has made a lot of progress. For the most part, it's very user-friendly. I'm also glad about the draft message feature, but I'm sad about it being useless. The purpose of saved drafts is to save or retain the contents of your message. However, if you briefly exit the app while you have a email message window open,, your login will time out, and cause you to lose every thing in your compose new message window. Oh, but no worries… the draft message feature should save your message, right? Wrong. When you return to the app and sign back in, it shows that there is a draft saved, but when you open it, it only saved your classification, but nothing in the body of the message was saved (it's all blank).

Painfully slow to use
Feels like it takes forever to load the first time - before I can even get to the medical ID. Wastes staff time as we all wait for the next step to access the ID to check in. Change the behavior of the app to be able to get to the medical ID immediately and load in the background. It feels like either the guest internet bandwidth is insufficient at some facilities or the servers are slow. Loading time off the app at home is always faster.

outside of phone appointments this is useless. if you don't do your labs in time you can't ask doctor to resubmit the request no you need to come spend $30 copay then $10 copay for labs then another $30 to go to the doctor to discuss lab results it would be more convenient to message doctor to submit lab request pay $10 for lab and $30 to see doctor for results. I would rather pay $40 then $70 for test they know need to be re-done.

Bad for caregiver
I have individual insurance for my son . He's underage so he can't have access to an account. I try many times to enter I. The app as his caregiver and it doesn't allow me to use the app
