Playback auto-pause is broken
I love that I can watch content not on YouTube for learning. Please stick around I love that I don't have YouTube anymore! Please fix the playback issue on videos. If I open a video lesson, realize it was the wrong one, then go back, I go back but the video keeps playing in the background while I'm navigating the app. Even if I start another video, that one starts playing on top of the previous one.

While the app itself is wonderful for accessing my courses in one place the muck around with trying to install it on a new device, reset a password and not receiving a confirmation email, having no humans to help unless you log in, it's so very frustrating. I even followed their AI instructions to open a paid account woth a free trial and still no confirmation email, along with that, no ability to cancel that subscription without confirming. 😢

Somewhat functional
I'm using this app to access information that is mostly in video form. One flaw that has persisted since I started using it is that if I need to pause the video to go to another app in my phone, when I go back to that lesson, the video has gone dark but the audio continues to play. I'm not sure where else to report this big, since there is no “help” or contact option within the app.

Very bad. It doesn't keep track of what you're hearing, freezes the audio every now and then, and often resumes from the beginning.
