I just want to say if kickoff is not delivering on there promise and signing you up for thing you did not authorize and is not helping to resolve problems call ftic they'll help you there they're federal and deal with this stuff all the time I'm new to this and don't know what to think yet of them I will see if they boost my credit after this month with the $20 payments if not and they are a scam I will report them that simple I only need them to report and do the right thing.

They closed my account out and I didnt want to close it. I just couldn't get back into the email and no longer had my phone number. And I cant cash put the money I had because they wont verify my bank

Bait you in by saying they give you a line of credit for 750.00. It's a lie. They report that debt to the credit bureau, but you can't use it for what you need, except for dribs and drabs through the app. Not only that, but if you close the account, it takes 5 to 7 days to get the money back. They take it instantly, but refuse to return it instantly

I got. Denied because i got married and have my husband last name, so it didn't match what am i to do. Gave me no 0ption for me to proof my identity only got Denied....really upset
