Horrible
This app is horrible. They religiously debit my card for the monthly membership fee but have yet to debit the payment for the $10 loan I took last July. If they would debit that payment, I could borrow up to $100! I've reached out countless times to customer support and they say to give a couple days and then my repayment will go through. Almost a year now that I've been practically begging them to debit my account for the $10 payback amount and still nothing. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS APP TO ANYONE!!!

Deception
At first, they are very quick to give you a cash advance, but then you have to work your way up with a bunch of surveys promos, etc. waste of time. Move onto something better there's better ups.

The app is easy to use and will legitimately advance money. However, the points system isn't for everyone and since the app doesn't specify your advance is based on your point total, some people are frustrated by it. Furthermore, the ways you earn points are not always for everyone. For example, I have Sirius XM radio and am therefore not eligible for three months free. Opening a Self account, investing in Stash, etc. These options don't appeal to everyone.

Not very fair at all
The expectations to sit there and get unobtainable goals just to receive short term assistance is ridiculous. Most people are in dire need and don't have time to sit there and play games or register for things they really don't want just to get a decent amount.

I couldn't get into my account. There is no number to call when I emailed they reply 48 hours later didn't answer question. Still having probkend getting in. I just erased the app

This App is horrible, I take a survey and when I get to the end the App logs me out. No points rewarded. Contacted support numerous times still have not received my points. Completed offers no rewards.
