Garbage app
Applied to get verified over a month ago & it's been radio silence.. smh. Crypto.com had this done in 3 days. Customer service is awful too. Couldn't imagine waiting this long if I had an actual problem to resolve.

The customer support is really bad I got scammed on a [phone]p trade , I couldn't even report the scammer on the app , I had to open the site on my PC just to write a report about it , after sending the email explaining what happened, they replied with that they want a video proof of the conversation and the transaction and my bank transactions for the last 5 days , I did as told and still no replies, couple friends had the same problem on Binance and Bybit , it got solved in 24 hours .
