Keeps logging me out
I have the setting on my action button set to start my car but it's completely useless because the app constantly logs me out and it takes me forever to sign back in even though I try to get faceID to work & “remember me” is on the stupid app keeps kicking me out. This needs to be fixed

Bugs need to be fixed
Great application, but unable to set up payment. Constant messaging “problem on our end, try again soon” Amazing! I guess they don't want my money. :0)

Worst app ever in the world
Map is super slow , the remote control often doesn't respond, and the digital key takes ages to download. This is the worst app I've ever used in my life, and it's too bad I have to use it. It's funny that the app developer only responds here and thanks for the good feedback even though it only accounts for 0.0001%, which is shameful. I'm a developer too, and I don't understand how the developers at Lexus can stand to make such a terrible product

My 2010 RX 350 has awful, clunky, cludgey interface, can't believe 14 years later we can't reliably set up or use this app. Love the car, but this is an embarrassment. App even looses my connection and wants VIN entered over and over. We're techies, so it should be a clean, delightful experience….this is just a drag.

Digital key download doesn't work!
Just bought first Lexus and I am so disappointed that a premium brand has such a crappy app! Digital key download doesn't seem to work and keep getting a message try again later.

Digital key doesn’t work and app crashes frequently
Almost unusable app. Very laggy and crashes. Digital key doesn't work. Support is useless. Told me to uninstall and reinstall key but didn't work and then they hung up. My key won't install again as it always crashes the app before completion. A great inconvenience as there's only one key

After the update it removed my remote key. Compared to my husbands GMC app, this is laughable
