Libby often shows a book as downloaded when it actually is not. Sometimes this is a book that already has been downloaded and somehow disappears. It is disappointing to expect that I have an audiobook for my kids to listen to on a long drive without network connections, only to find that it is not available

Constant errors, won’t play when screen is locked
Libby, please fix all the errors and issues!! Now I can't listen unless my phone is unlocked. That means I can't put my phone away or in my pocket. I have to retry playing audiobooks usually at least 3x everytime. This is ridiculous. I have the most current version of the app and iOS. It just keeps getting worse

Kindle books
Really hate that I can no longer return books in the Libby app if I've sent them to my kindle. It used to work but now I have to do it from my kindle. Also wish there was an email notification when my holds are available.

two issues, 1) the site is not made for visually impaired people, no way to in large and many prompts are so small that I can't see and it wastes a lot of my time figuring out. 2) the ability to request books is EXTREMELY limited, so many books that I know are out there but the options don't pop up / or I know there are audiobooks available but unavailable to suggest.

Great app, would highly recommend, but occasionally while synchronising it deletes the already downloaded items, happened a couple of times, can't say if it's fixed already or not. Also the download in parts would be welcome, because sometimes you get an error and have to start all over again which takes time using mobile network.
