Counting exercises double
So the app apparently counts training twice and gives you the instruction to eat a lot more than you should - making itself 100% useless You had one job

You cannot adjust calories and macros without paying. The diet given is absolutely terrible and unsustainable. I am a very active male with a muscular build, I've been dieting and bulking for years. The app giving me 95g of protein a day and 1900 calories was a massive shock. This is eating disorder levels of terrible DO NOT USE

worsened over time
Used to love this app. But in recent years so many features have been removed and locked behind premium. i understand ADDING new premium features, but REMOVING them, just to force you to pay money to continue using the app they originally presented to you? final straw in deleting was today when the app became riddled with ads. so many ads it's barely functional since they block so much of my screen. not an effective way of persuading people to go premium, just an effective way of getting users to go elsewhere

That's all right
In terms of functionality, it is quite convenient) but there are not enough recipes, for example, I did not find a single recipe for cheesecakes or cottage cheese casserole. In general, almost nothing with cottage cheese, there are also few waffle recipes Please add more recipes

Added sugar in fruit?
There's a bug when creating a recipe: I create one with mixed fruits and when added as a food it tells me all the sugar in the fruit is added. That highly impacts the usage since I eat that mix every day and don't want to manually choose each fruit i ate. I checked all the ingredients and while added manually they behave as they should - no added sugar. ______ Also, i take 5 meals per day so 4 meals with sometimes recommended amount of 20 kcal for a snack is not the best ______ New dark green emoji is CREEPY, I want the old one. Also, I relied on the depression to distinguish between two green emojis and now I have to kind of guess which one it is

Was earlier more uncluttered
I lost 20 kg with the app 10 years ago, it worked great - even in the free version. Now I'm using it again, so far everything is good, but somehow I find it confusing. I used to find the dry much easier and faster. My favorites and also my own recipes, meals, etc. I have to search and add them. Unfortunately, not as intuitively as before. Why can't I add several things with just plus, why the step to track every time. Why not click on everything once, and then add it at the end. Yes, I know, you can do it that way, but in a roundabout way. Otherwise great app - and works if you stick to it (at least back then).

For the last star I would like to have the possibility to add my own recipes. Or to work on cooked food. For example, I never cook meat with milk production but then take a vegan variant (oats) but unfortunately I can't enter that. Otherwise perfect. Got the full version.

Great app, have the paid version to test for 3 months. 1 very big drawback, why not a possibility to pair Garmin? That's why I went back to another app while it is very user-friendly.
