Fraudsters who make deals with entities and then do not keep their promises. I've been waiting for months for them to renew my subscription with atac and I'm only told lies and sorry via email. They treat people like they're stupid. I feel offended and have my rights respected. If you don't want to make scooters available, avoid agreements that you can't keep. Fake.

Used to be more affordable and leisure friendly in Minneapolis. Not a fan of the new pass structure this year. Used to be able to get a 24hr pass for about $20, which we used to think was a bit pricey. Now the most you can get is 400min for the small price of $75. At this cost, you might as well buy your own scooter. Which is what I intend to do now.

Good app but struggles to lock sometimes
Good app but expensive and probably 25% of the time when you open it mid ride, it struggles to acknowledge that it's riding / needs locking Just a sneaky way to steal another minute from you

Lately, the app has taken a very long time to unlock the button to end the ride. As if you wanted to get a few cents out of it. In the past, this was immediately possible

Broken Battery, had to change scooters
I got on an scooter which had 50% battery remaining and after 10 minutes, the battery was empty. I had to change scooters and pay the unlock fee again. And the worst part is that all the buttons for reporting a problem with the ride doesn't work.

The app itself is pretty rubbish but nobody does scooters/bikes as well as Lime does. The app constantly freezes or hangs when it comes to ending a ride, conveniently when you are being charged per minute... so nearly always end up paying for an additional minute or sometimes even as much as 5-10 mins more when it completely decides to throw a hissy fit. The lime passes are great but why not just give more flexibility and offer a sliding scale of how many minutes over how many days
