Notifications are pointless
On every phone I've ever had, I cannot get accurate and timely notifications. Thanks for notifying me sometimes days after I've sent money or received money. Can be delayed anything from 1 hour to a week for notifications!!! I'll be switching to starling or something soon, least they focus on functionality of their app.

I sent a message and received no reply. And it is not easy to speak to an adviser usually. The updated app is not as good as the previous one. I prefer the previous.

Very disappointing by an interface that's quite outdated and the inability of the app to create budget like Monzo or Revolut would allow.
