Propose a major update
I would like it to have English and Spanish for both languages. And I also think it would be very conducive and convenient if the app had the option to transfer money via zellle. I can't conceive of a bank app these days that doesn't have those two basic and important things, that's why my 2-star rating

My opinion
I love what I do but when you pull up to someone house they cancel you get nothing an I don't understand when you use gas to get there. Also it need to crack down on people getting upset an call on you an make a lie up to get your driver a bad review. When you done all you can. Also penalties us because we don't want to take that long drive that's why they have a distance to go. Also when you trying to get off line a ride come up an you don't accept it then it hones on you not fair. Another thing the GPS does what it wants. It tells you when to turn when you already at the turn

Delete app asap
Don't download money has gone missing from my account 2 times now. Customer support is no help at all, tells me that the merchant took the money because it was pending. Once I make a payment it's taken out as soon as I pay. All I'm being told is straight b.s I will be deleting my account.

Direct pay needs to be faster
I'm grateful to be able to use my money when it's sent to me and I would also like money transfers to be faster because I really don't have time for that. Thank you so much.

There’s good moments and ok moments
It has it perks driving for Lyft!! Just I would of gave 5 stars but feel there moments Lyft should pay out more. Also there customer service is not repeat is not the best they are rude and don't try and will hang up on you!!!

The app is absolutely garbage! I've been trying to get back into my account for 3 weeks now. I've reset my password several times. Tried using a different phone to log on but can't. I went on Payfares website to get a customer service rep, and the website directs you to use their app but I can't get into my account to get to the help button. Who doesn't have a customer service number this day and age!!!! Hello anyone home? I have money stuck in your stupid system!!!!

Great app. The only issue I have is I can't transfer money to a debit card instantly like I can with my Uber Pro card app. Instead I have to transfer to a bank account which leaves me with no access to my money for several days

Your funds can disappear without return?
Don't use this all to make online purchase. If you never get it the merchant can keep your money and your product. They won't help you at support. I made a payment for my phones and it declined. However the entire amount came out of my account and never came back. They of course could not see it in their system even though they have it. Using it everywhere else in person is fine. I saw another post warning others not to make transfers as she had transferred about $1200 and it never showed to her bank and it didn't show in their system and she never got it back. How many more people are going through this? I understand the difference between credit cards and debit cards and that these are debits. However I simply cannot trust this app the same as others. I have never had a bank experience like this in my life.
