Driver had no patience

I like Lyft, but they always over commit on pick up timing. Typically 10 to 15 min longer than what is promised

service has gone down since I last used it. I tried ordering a lyft today and the driver got mad because the GPS was not accurate, so he just left. the driver's name was Victor. Uber will always be the better option

The worst app i have ever used. They were not able to match me with the driver along with that they took 7 business days to return it.

In my experience the app is good. But if you report a very unsafe driver three times which after two months is possible they refuse to contact. Just say they will make a report. I literally requested my ride be refunded. They won't even give a 5$ credit. It's absurd. Today i spent 25 on a gift card which I'm disputing. I had been in a severe wreck and this driver was turning left. Where oncoming cars in pouring down rain were coming in his direction and one having to slam its brakes. He was going through a stop sign. Then pausing right where the car was trying to stop. I was panicking. Having to give him step by step directions the entire way. Yes he was nice but it's interesting how every single driver is rated 5 stars. It's rigged and misleading. At least Uber has audio recording for safety and will refund you in such a horrific and concerning situation as this unsafe driver is out there still. At least Uber has transparent ratings.

They take money off your credit card unauthorized

I was looking into possibly driving for Lyft and my money was stolen. I had $27 in the account

This app has a terrible habit of freezing when I have a ride on the way. The only way to get the app to work again and see where my driver is is to restart my entire phone

Immediately upon attempting to use Lyft I was entirely obstructed by my card being declined because of an "incorrect" zip code (it wasn't incorrect). I will be giving Lyft 1 star for being unusable for literally no reason and downloading Uber once again.
