Incompetent and not commercial
To be avoided especially if it is for a resale of mobile phones. Indeed I have sold through the site several mobile phones of all brands and I have never had a problem except 2 weeks ago when I sold an iPhone 14 pro in very good condition (it lowered the price by 100e for a micro scratch on the side of the phone). The payment should have been made on May 14 and on that date I find that I had not received anything. So I send them an email explaining the situation and he tells me that indeed there is a problem with the documents I provided, identity card and bank details (for information, 4 phones sold and never any problem with payments at those times) So I send them the photos again and he tells me that it's okay (it's the same photos, nothing has changed)!!! And he informs me that the payment will only be made on the 21st, i.e. 2 weeks after the blow and for the inconvenience that it causes he only makes a commercial gesture of 5% for a future purchase valid for 1 month. I find this unacceptable.

Problem on my phone
I bought you an iPhone 12 Pro Max phone. I have a microphone problem but I can't contact you to tell you about my dissatisfaction. I would like to have either a refund or a repair on this phone. When someone calls me, my microphone doesn't work properly, I have to turn on the phone's speaker so that people can hear me well

It's pretty comprehensive and easy to use. They have to solve the fact that every now and then the session is lost and you have to go back in.

Scam
Scammers. Sells phones that won't work. I bought an iPhone 13 Pro Max and it had a random shutting off problem, returned it and bought another one [different seller]and it had the same problem.… No quality control whatsoever.

Worst experience
I am a self-employed person I rely on communicating with my customers via my phone my laptop etc. etc. I would give a negative rating on this if my phone would even allow me to take it down for a four star review. But my screen doesn't work and the other half only responds when it wants to. I have to use voice to text in order to .do anything in voice command to operate my phone. I found this app ordered a phone so I wouldn't have to do this anymore. I ordered overnight shipping paid the extra for it and somehow another my phone got lost by UPS. Decided that before I even received it sent package that I was going to just return it and get the upgraded version of the phone at which point it took over a week for them to find and return it to sender. They were honest my refund was sent within two business days upon them receiving my package however my refund was sent to a closed account which means it was sent back to the company it has been 24 hours and I have not heard anything from them even though I have sent multiple messages since 1 o'clock yesterday afternoon. I am not impressed and I'm highly dissatisfied I had planned on purchasing not just my phone but my daughters and my boyfriend's phone through this company and now I'm back to the drawing board as I will never make a purchase from here again and I just really hope that they honor and they do everything they can to get you very very refund because that is all the money I have currently since I have not been able to work in two weeks.

Have not answered my messages about my problem with the item they sold me
The worst service and communication I have ever had, my iPhone stopped working. I had an issue with it. They never reach back out to me after 15 or so messages sent to them. It's been three days. They haven't still got back to me.
