The past few times I've tried to use my points to get something it says humm. Something went wrong... I don't even no why I cant use my points 😕 very disappointed..

I seem to always have trouble with this app. The current issue is it won't let me log in. I signed up with Facebook and I keep getting a notification saying "this app has bugs" and it wants me to delete the cache in my Facebook app. I do that, but it still won't let me log in. I try using my email and it says the email is associated with my Facebook app, sign in with Facebook and it's back to square one.

App is useless. Drove all the way to the store after receiving email confirmation to 'drive to the store'. Got there and the order didn't even exist until i tried to access the order details, at which point it inconveniently popped up on their screen. So now im out my food and my money, because the app says it's on the restaurant to refund.

hate that I cant add onions, pickles and other stuff to some sandwiches... I actually go to other places that allow full customization of my burgers and chicken sammies

Constantly charges me without sending the order to the restaurant. Has happened a dozen times now, app is up to date.

It's unfair that you will not allow us to use our deals on delivery when the fees are already high. You guys gotta do better bc burger king does not give us that issue.
