Tons of order issues.
Location loves to not select the one your traveling by to swing in and grab food, pickup in store orders not monitored so anyone can grab the food and leave with it. I order ahead to pop in and grab it, when I'm busy towing a trailer, because I can't make it through the drive thru turns with the trailer. I changed the pickup location 4 times, and it still sent my order to the wrong one. I better get a refund, cuz if not, I'm pressing charges on the company as they are the ones to blame for the impossible to fix ordering issues. I select deals, it randomly drops my deal while charging my card, and I end up paying twice a lot.

When I ordered in the restaurant, the points were not credited to me after logging in with the app. Staff on site cannot help. Chat Bot in the app wants to have the receipt uploaded via the paper clip. Tapping on the paperclip does not trigger any action (all permissions enabled). There are no other contact options. Support does not seem to be adequately organized. Please contact us at least here. Unfortunately, I was dissatisfied with the app so far.

Gift card
I wish I could connect a gift card to my account. Also think they need better options when redeeming your points. Like a soft drink for example.

App no longer accepts my credit cards
I can no longer order via app because Apple Pay and credit cards won't work thru app. Tried several times to get fixed with developers with no luck. Terrible all around.

Auto located me to a McDonald's 30 minutes away, lost $$$. Will not be using this app anymore.

Deletes points
Not the first time this has happened. If I don't use the app for a few weeks, it'll sign me out and when I log back in, all my points are gone.

the app and website never lets me log in to use rewards or coupons. every time I pay extra to customize my order they don't make it right and serve stale old food. overpriced and the last time I ate it I was puking all night. me my friends and family will be eating somewhere else.
