They had no idea about my order when I arrived. Had to sit in a parking bay and wait as usual. No idea what the point of this app is. Ordering when you're there seems exactlybthe same but without the confusion. Will uninstall

Order missing item - no help from uber
The mcdonalds app help has no options for when your order is missing food. The uber help line is down. Apparently I've just paid extra for something I won't get, and nobody can help me. Reminded me why I stopped ordering off here.

Items always forgotten and uber refuse to refund. I stopped using uber for this very reason and used the mcdonalds app instead and then find out it's the same bs 😂 Time to delete this app and take my custom elsewhere 🤷🏻♀️

Just another rubbish service from McDonalds. Thought it might improve the order fulfilment accuracy but ... Post code and address doesn't exist in the app for McDelivery even though property is 60 years old. Just not good enough.

This app is a disaster, I ordered food for over £17 to City Hospital, after accepting the order, the app gave the delivery person the City Road address when I arrived and contacted me, he refused to deliver the order to me and just left it on the street. I checked again whether it was me who gave the wrong address but the application does not show the address of City Hospital and after placing the order it changes to City Road and it can no longer be changed because the order is in progress

Glitches! Watch out whilst you try and pay it comes up with "price is now £x review order?" The app constantly changes your order, adds more to it or deletes some off and then you can't delete the ones it randomly adds on. Super frustrating, I managed to get an order after about 10 attempts, I was about to give up.
