App not running properly
Hello everyone, the app is only partially running for me. I can't look into the contracts. The app does not open them. Even so, I'm very disappointed with [phone]. [phone] does not respond to mail and to misuse of my data..... slowly quit everything!!!

Unfortunately, the app no longer works at all. When logging in, you always get: please check your internet connection. Is independent of Wi-Fi or mobile data. Reinstallation didn't help either.

I can't get into the app since the update. Right at the beginning, the "start now" button is grayed out. App is unusable. Edit: the recommendation to clear the cache and reinstall the app did not work.

Multiple logins are annoying
Since recently, I have been constantly thrown out of the app and have to log in again and again, even though I have registered with a numerical code. Then again and again also mobile phone number and password. That's annoying. You register longer than you need to find the information you are looking for.

The app isn't bad on its own. But one thing bothers me. I wanted to unlock a prepaid SIM card and it didn't work, the app didn't accept my e-mail, writes that the e-mail address is wrong, even though the address is correct.

It's good that this app doesn't work at all anymore, after opening it also smears directly. New answer: No, that doesn't work either and that on both phones, the app is uninstalled and if it goes on like this with [phone] I'll look for another provider
