I placed an order and it never arrived. When it didn't arrive I decided to refund, I asked for help from the support everything was fine, until they gave me a period of 7 to 14 business days that the money was going to arrive. It's been more than 20 business days and I haven't received the money. Please I need an answer, support doesn't answer me.

Can we be more professional? The screen is a mess with their badly made advertisements, every year 3000 models with nonsensical names, but come on, but let's try to be more orderly, with a minimum of sense, in the Xiaomi series: Xiaomi 14, 14 pro and 14 ultra, redmi: note 13, note 13 pro note 13 ultra, poco: x6, x6 pro, [phone], [phone] pro, [contact] pro, baaaaasta, simply ordered
