App not working
I bought tickets for the Yankees and twins game tonight at 6:40pm. I download the app. I cannot sign up or even login. It gives an error message and says try again later. Tried on my friends phone and same thing. This lets me know the app isn't working. Now I can't access my tickets I paid for, I can't go to the game and I can't even get a refund, great.

4th time checking out and none of the payment options work. Says just exit and my tickets will still be there and they are not!!! Over a half hour or so to order 2 tickets and still don't have them. Have to try the mobile ticket site. Don't use this app!

This app is terrible. Rarely works. Crashes constantly and has errors. I always have to update. Never remembers info. I don't understand how it's a professional sports app, but is as bad as it is.

Poorly designed account registration
You can only create a new account using their suggested strong password. Then there's text over the password to see you. Can't see what it is so once you create your account, you don't know your own password.

The phone app does not permit you to change from adult to child when purchasing. I tried several times and it did not work,

Does not work under iOS 17.5
The app does not work under the most recent iOS update. It asks for login, and freezes on that screen. I have tickets saved in Ballpark, I have no idea how to retrieve them.
