Hate the new app!
Much rather prefer old app! All that my app shows is location and how to order online..none of the other points; menu;etc. I literally have to go to moe's.com just to try to enter info for points. Very disappointed!

New Update (5/14/24) Hot Garbage, wont let me login or make a New Account. Can login on the Desktop. Tryed it All Uninstalled/Installed.

Terrible Update
If you're not ordering online then the new app is useless. You can no longer see rewards, offers or your points. Can't even enter receipts. Is this just an iPhone issue?

Worse and worse
This is, like the 5th review I've written. This app is FUBAR, just terrible. New issues I've seen, 1) no longer able to remove items from my cart. 2) can't scan receipt barcodes to save points. Fix your tech!!

It was nice to receive coupon now I can even see if I got points I use to go regularly but find no reason to with the new update

Didn't Get $10 off (and it's not the first time)
I had 94/100 points and was in the area of my local Moe's so I got food that would get me 100/100, or so I thought. Apparently I need two more points although I recieved 8 points. It feels like anytime I come here there's problems, which could be solved with the app being okay with scanning more than one reciept a day and app processing customer points automatically from an in-app order.

I don't like the app, it doesn't allow you to see you Moe's rewards or make sure your rewards have been added. Because I learned with the old app to verify because it doesn't always add your visit. This app doesn't allow you to see anything. And nobody wants to order from the app all the time. All this app shows is if you want to order from the app or a delivery. I don't know who did the new app but it is TERRIBLE. I will be deleting since I can't see offers or my rewards.
