Been a client for 6 years now they want 1 Pound x transfer to another bank account that is not Monese. I've to pay 5 Pound x month for the Classic plan for not paying when a lot of banks don't charge a penny. Awful service, I'm closing my account right now.

The sepa transfers take longer and longer, yesterday at noon transferred from the same account to 2 monese accounts, the money that was transferred to the 2nd account (30 minutes later) is already there and from the 1st No trace, too bad was actually very satisfied. Will definitely change banks

Real scammers
Never register with mones because it is not a bank. He blocks your money and doesn't give it to you. A bank is used to deposit money and withdraw money, that's the principle of a bank, but with monez it blocks you, you don't have your money anymore and it monitors you and real scammers, so guys shouldn't register with them, go to Revolut it's the best and the number one

Not even a star was worth it. Exaggerated fees, money disappears from the account and customer service lies that they have been the card fee ordered for a year. Cardu did not come, I also ran out of money. I do not recommend!

Forever long verification
I've been waiting for two weeks now for my account to finally be fully verified so that I can finally complete the registration. For over two weeks now, the app has only said "Processing...".

UPDATE: After using it for years my account got blocked, googled and I see they do that a lot. Beware. Good luck if you are travelling when that happens. Problems with payments arriving. Zero stars for customer support. Contacted several times, noone answers, been trying for 3 weeks and all you get is an e-mail with "support request received". Faq instructs to use live support that does not exist in the app. Started out as a nice project which has turned into the worst experience.
