I've been charged the normal price instead of the 90% offer they put you in which there is a difference of practically 40€ disappointing.

When starting the free version, an offer is displayed (7.99/year instead of 41.99/year) - if you click on it, a subscription for 41.99/year is taken out and debited!! Hope for fast handling by Apple support... doesn't work at all!!

They don't respond to account concerns
I paid for the premium service, it is supposed that among the benefits of having it is that it syncs with several devices, but I changed my phone and now I have no way to log in to the new phone or recover my data to sync them on this one. I wrote an email to support more than 8 days ago with no response to date

My subscription is renewed, I try to cancel it and there is absolutely no way to cancel the subscription. It doesn't give the option from the App Store or in the app itself, or on its website. First time in my life that it happens to me that I want to cancel a subscription and it's impossible. Fatal
