I am not able to login to my account. They keep asking for I am a human. Worst ever app I have seen.

It won't let me sign in! it won't even let me change my password or user name on the forgot option! so freaking annoying!

Can’t login
The update has ruined this app. I can't even login because security feature to make sure I am not a robot constantly pops up even after I have entered the code multiple times and they few times it does let me try to login I have to close the app multiple times and keep entering my password just for it to log me in. If I didn't have to use this app for work I would never use it.

Can someone fix this app? It is down all the time, multiple times a day. You can't log in half the time as it won't accept your user information. There is no error message with it. You end up calling for your balance the majority of the time.

Literally a trash a$$ app. Difficulties logging in when you log in it doesn't show transaction history. It just is not a good app.

I always have trouble logging in, and then no material. What I have to do is I have to keep doing it over and over, not knowing if it went through. Like a transfer, activating card, login, etc... I've had the 3 different cards since the change in April because of fraudulent charges. This is crazy.
