Restrictive options
The multiple choice responses available in multiple sections are quite restrictive. Perhaps the option of “other” and an area to write a short narrative would make them more user friendly..

I find this app to be divisive

This app
I wish we can communicate more for appointments. Calling isn't really any better on hold for long time and then you get someone and they don't have any answers.

It would be okay if it let me in with my old name and password. I tried for 10 minutes and it still said it didn't recognize my password. I know it's right because I have it written down.

First of all, they record every password you've ever used, which is a MAJOR security flaw. Second, I have to change my password EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. I log in. Third, it will not allow me to log into the MyChart web page with the same username and PW. All-in-all, it's really not worth the headache and aggravation, especially with this MAJOR security flaw, which is actually illegal, as we have a right to demand that certain data not be retained. I've never hated an app more than I do this one!

Disappearing cancelled appointments.
Why when you cancel an appointment it is removed all together. And why do you make appoints for a location and the dr is not going to be there. And you call the day before the appointment and say it's at another location. And then say refused appointments. Why do I have to change locations why can't the other people change their location. This happens a lot. And Drs don't get back with you in 48 hours. Also do a lot of test that were already done because you get a new Dr. Wonder if Tricare is a ware of this. Also need come to a conclusion of what's wrong. And just want people of medication drugs. Your moto is “our care never quits”. Yea right

Emails that don’t link you to your chart
Needing releases to be signed so that my attorneys can see my records when I go to my chart it's not in my chart but when I try to open it up, it will not allow me to do so. We seem to have a problem with your system, that's why I don't like your MyChart.

If you leave a message for a doctor or for the billing department, no one ever ever returns your messages on MyChart.
