Can’t reconnect
I had a host of issues from the very beginning with this app and 2022 Corvette, but at least it worked part of the time. Ever since I had my OnStar module replaced under warranty, I can't reconnect to the vehicle. I can't be completely sure what is causing the issue, as everything started working within the car after the replacement, but what's frustrating is that I can't seem to be able to get a hold of a real person to assist with this app. Automated database Q&A searches don't do much for me, as I don't need help with the bare basics. So if anything, the support is bad to nonexistent.

this version is buggy, every time I consult it I need to re-enter my password and agree to 3 pages of conditions . I understand reentering the password if I log out but not if I'm still logged in! also the app doesn't recognize charging as it happens.

The Brazilian ruler is very low indeed. As a product designer, I think this is a disaster. The intelligent driving service hasn't worked for months. The location of the vehicle is inaccurate, the remote controls are slow and unreliable and finally there is no integration with apple (car key). The fate of every car that offers services is limbo.
