Revised MTA App
You have ruined what was a perfectly organized & easy to use app with this new one. It is a disaster! Get the old app back please so I may track MTA bus service.

causing me to miss transfers
critical information cannot be reached quickly. too many taps to get information, "explore" page does not refresh or load quickly to swap between stops and effectively trip chain or plan ahead. bus times on "explore" surface before trains, even if you are geolocated closer to a train station. filter settings are tap based and unintuitive.

Inaccurate half the time
This app has caused me to be late to work several times. It's my own fault for continuing to use it though. I end up frustrated more than I don't. I literally hate this app. It will say the bus is 10 minutes away so I walk to the bus stop. Then it says the bus is one minute away, but never shows. Then is 33 minutes away. Better off guessing cause that's what this app does. Several bus drivers have told me the app is awful and to not use it.

Latest update is an absolute disaster
STAY WITH THE OLD APP Favorites wiped out and no longer on the compact front screen Reordering favorites does not work No way to link/monitor OMNY balance Just like the rest of the MTA, it is only getting worse!

Less than one star
This app is total garbage. Did any actual humans work on it? It's trying to do too much so it fails across the board. It is an accurate reflection of the MTA, out of touch with reality and arrogant in its ignorance.

It's non-functional if maps don't show.
That's right; the app can't even load a map! It also nags users with a pop-up screen every time they open the app if they don't have Location Services enabled. (Some of us don't want to use that feature as a matter of privacy, but the app won't respect users' preferences.) C'mon, tech team, you're representing New York City for the whole world! You can do better than this ...can't you?
