Probably the worst customer centric company there is...either everyone is completely ignorant to the decision makers, or customer satisfaction is pointless....users will use the platform of their own choice to control devices, as they always have....I guess The decision makers controlling the App, and app related controls are clueless to customer needs

Frustrating
This app is terrible and doesn't connect well with Liftmaster products. Error after error, and support is nonexistent. I've lived in Three different houses, and installing these is always a headache. Ridiculous

Please do not purchase myQ products. When I purchased, third-party integration was possible. Since then, Chamberlain has attempted to monetize and eliminated these integrations. It felt like 'bait and switch'.

This app is great, but there are a few things to improve on. First off, when I close the garage, it beeps for a few seconds before it actually closes. Can you make it so it closes right away, like when I close it manually? Also, if I get a sensor warning and fix the issue, I still can't close the garage using the app until I manually close it. If you could fix those things, I'd give it a five-star rating. Other than that, the app is great!

The app doesn't work well but the opener is worse. Two years old on the 3rd board, it's broken again just going to replace. It takes forever to get replacement parts avoid.

Video always takes a while to load. But other than that, I love to open and close from my phone.

Stopped working suddenly when I needed it. Now it won't fully connect and is completely useless. Tried going through setup 5 times now. Tried calling service number and was on hold 10 minutes then got hung up on. Want to get my old service back that worked well for years without trouble.

Hit and miss app. The good: able to open door, close door, view garage camera, record video, get notifications if garage door stopped midway or left open, watch Amazon Key garage deliveries, Links with Ring app, auto close. The bad: MyQ notifs always 5 or 10 minutes late despite fully unoptimized, camera person detection sucks, all videos are now labeled "Key Delivery" for some stupid reason. I had to buy the ZWave garage door sensor for Ring to get reliable, instant door open notifications.
