Do better
The app doesn't show all locations, nor does it allow me to schedule an appointment if I add my insurance. You're a national brand with numerous locations, do better.

Excellent System with great people
Only negative is that the reservation system should not require inputting information about insurance every time you make an appointment. No reason they could not populate older data already on file and request whether it is still accurate.

The app makes it easier to book
While the app isn't perfect (certain prompts you must touch twice for selection) it does make it easy and convenient to use.

Quest
Very easy to make an appointment. Sometimes the screen will freeze but it may be my phone. You go back to the previous screen then continue. Other than that it's so convenient!

Repetitive
I like making appointments but the app is clunky. Choose a location to start the appointment process, then enter type of test, then enter location, AGAIN! Then despite being logged in , enter personal info and another ask for insurance. After entering insurance, no option to save it because you still have to show it at the appointment! Lots of little time wastes
