Wifi is out more often than it works.
Imagine paying for a service that randomly cuts out for no reason at least 3 times a week. Nothing has to be wrong, it's not scheduled maintenance, it's just inoperable. As a full time college student who works from home and is heavily reliant on internet accessibility, this is catastrophic and infuriating. I've had techs out multiple times and they always say there's no issue, yet the problem persists. If you value your money, use AT&T instead.
