App sucks
More than half the time this app does not work. Doesn't matter if you're trying to arm the alarm or disarm the alarm. It's useless. Please fix.

Your app doesn't work. I'm eligible for a new phone or offers but I get Oops messages and I cannot get a phone or offers. This has been going on for over 6 months now. Please fix your app or whatever it is thats not working. Have to call in and people have no clue what's going on. I miss out on offers and you DO NOT HAVE 5G as you claim. 99.9% of the time I'm on Lte and only 2-3 bars. I've called to complain but to no avail!!!

Can no longer use app version included on phone; update doesn't run either. I'm losing out as a paying customer for no good reasons - just poor QA from telus failing to support hardware they handed out.

I hate that I am forced to use this garbage!
Doesn't work I AM TRYING TO PAY YOU! And the app shows loading but nothing ever appears, tried web and the access code keeps saying that it's wrong god damn it I just want to PAY!

The data usage, Message usage, and phone usage data have not been available on this app for quite some time. They are present when I use my desktop.
