My Verizon App fail
App does not recognize my home phone voicemail. Tells me to dial *611. I did and got an AI app that failed to fix the problem. Another attempt by Verizon to be a player in tech that somehow doesn't solve the problem leaving customers to try and figure out how to get a live agent without spending hours trying self fixes.

I just bought a new Samsung Galaxy S24 ultra from Verizon. I have been trying to activate it for over 3 hours. Customer service is absolutely useless. They do not listen and speak over you. I've tried using the chat and get absolutely no where. This app is useless

Dread Using this App Due to Slowness
This app is dreadful. Every time I open this app, whether on home internet or cellular it takes 30+ second or longer to do anything. The same thing with my other phones. Your a phone company, optimize your app please!

Ridiculously bad
I have to keep changing my password because the system keeps telling me I entered the wrong information, I just changed it two hours ago, and the security question is so archaic and the prompts they have to choose from are very particular and stupid. This need serious work 2FA using our phone number would work perfectly, fix this terrible problem, this alone makes me want to switch services, paying my bill shouldn't be this difficult

Awful app. I've been trying to create a password for TWO DAYS. Not user friendly! The FIOS app was MUCH better.

Stuck at sign in screen
I had verizon mobile with a different email than verizon fios. Since the new app, i cant pick my profile to sign into fios, or mobile since its cancelled. A simple button in the password screen that says "use a different account" would suffice.
