Rally happy with service in every respect the knowledge of the helpline stall is excellent, but yiu still don't have a loyalty scheme,and lastly where can I see a list of winners from your competition , I have never seen or heard of anyone winning anything, Warm regards James Maguire

Poor app. Lets me down regularly. Go into it and it doesnt have my info available or cant do top ups.

Absolutely dire app but reflects the service delivery well. Network down again and this app send you in circles to push you away from trying to get direct support with utterly useless FAQs. There's no access to support via the app. When you try calling support 1902#2 the system will only take account or phone numbers and then disconnects anyway. It does not offer the option of waiting for a human being. In short you cannot get support for Vodafone service going down via this app or any route.

Constantly problems with the app. At first you open the app and logo on screen stays up to 1min, then it always shows that there is an issue found. Aaaaand when you want to top up it sometimes might work or might not... Fix it guys and speed it up!!

The app is good but as I have mobile and internet with ye I have log in twice to see different accounts if you could combine that you can check at one log in not two
