The worst bench I've ever used in my life. Customer support is useless. My account was blocked already 1 month ago and I was never told the reason for the block. 1000 euros were blocked and every day I write complaining to get my money back and customer service, the only thing it says is that they don't handle that information and they can't do anything. That this is another department but that there is no way to have contact with that department. I'm tired of complaining so much.

After this review, which was 1 star, I was contacted below and in an hour they solved the problem by making me do the whole procedure even with the documents: "The video for pairing with a new device does not work, it is impossible to contact customer service, I can no longer enter the app, the customer service is not there for those who have the smart card! I'm going to switch to Revolut!"

Account blocked
Like many other users who rate the app. They also blocked my account, I have already been in that process for two months, customer service through the chat does not resolve, an email arrived two weeks after the block asking for the data of an alternative account in my name to send the money and they do not do it, now they ask for selfie with the document, everything is sent but they do not give an answer. Customer service is horrific because they never solve anything, they don't respond to the email either and the process of returning the money they don't do either. Ok if they don't want a banking relationship to return the money, I don't understand why they stay with that. Of course, it is not justified to pay lawyers to recover a thousand euros, but it is not fair or reasonable that they do not release the money. They put a lot of twists and turns on a simple procedure. They cancel the account, return money and if they believe that there is a tax crime they can inform it or report it or denounce it to the treasury and you get along with the State. But it's not reasonable for them to keep the money

The banking is great for normal activities. I/we have been battling to open an account fir my wife and the App is stuck… We have tried to contact N26, but only get the BOT which is too limited and cannot help. Cannot find an email address to ask a question to be assisted by a human. Very frustrating.! Anton

Pff impossible to open a professional account it blocks at the level of the selfie and impossible to get an answer the advisors do not answer. I want a good bank, not one that gives itself the right to block or refuse me. My money is not rotten as far as I know.

I should never have switched to a French IBAN
I have been a customer of N26 for 2 years. I never had a problem until the day I switched to a French IBAN. It's been 2 weeks now that my account has been blocked for no valid reason. The customer service is deplorable, I can't do anything anymore, I sent an email a week ago without any follow-up, and the livechat is of no use to me. I strongly advise you not to switch to a French IBAN.

No possibility of bringing in cash or cheque
I put 4 because you can't get cash into your account or a check, which can be very complicated to the point of considering going to a competitor. Otherwise great!
