Used to be OK before update. Always wants my card reader again for making payments and the worst thing is the size of the font.. its so large everyone can see your bank balance

Shame it was so good
Please please please bring back the option to find direct debits paid using the search and filter option it's now much harder keeping track of money and payment made I loved the app it was great for keeping track my payments and seeing which direct debits had been paid and when using the search and filter option but since the update it's so hard to keep track of my money as I can not search the direct debits that have gone out this month anymore which makes it quite difficult to stay on top of my budget and long winded as I now have to go into payments and search all the direct debits which have ever been set up - I preferred the app before the update

Hey developers
I couldn't find another way to get in touch to tell the app does not show the Home Screen after closing this little information window placed in between the accounts (Scam, Biometrics, bla bla bla) And the only thing you could see is the word HOME so I have to restart again to see the accounts.(iPhone SE) Hopes that get fixed. Cheers

Generally good app, with good usability. My main gripe is a recent update removed one of the most useful features, a headlines of money moved in and out of accounts over a recent time period. I can't see any reason this functionality would be removed, and it makes the app much less useful for me. I am not a screen reader or have any disabilities, so I can't comment on accessibility.

Just updated it, it told me it had to be deleted and reinstalled to work during a transaction I was trying to make. Now it wont load anything, and I need to totally re-register.

Since I got my iPhone 12 this app hangs and doesn't open fully, the only thing that sorts this is to reboot the phone, I wish they would get it fixed

Issue amending a payment.
I'm unable to amend a standing order in View & Cancel payments . It just says, “we're sorry, but we seem to be experiencing a technical problem. Restart App to try again or try again later”. Been getting this for about a week.

My app isn’t downloading
If your app isn’t downloading or seems to be stuck, to fix it:
