Cant watch NBA games in Canada due to "Blackout" rules.. so certain games from America cant be watched from Canada.. whats the point of paying for nba live app when theres no way to watch non-canadian teams.. and nba wont even refund your money. Canadian buyer beware!!!

Still awful and unusable. Games are still rarely watchable, zero customer service or any apparent interest in trying to fix. Also the app still plasters spoilers all over the front page even with no spoilers mode/hide scores turned on which is ridiculous and shows how careless they are. This has been a joke for years.

Absolute joke, worst app, the main thing is that the advertising runs before the games. Miserable stream quality despite payment. Stream likes to start in Spanish or Portuguese, if you switch to TNT/ABC/ESPN, you have to watch the advertising again. I've never written a review since there have been apps and smartphones, but this app is just so bad, for today's time as far as streams are concerned, it's so incredibly embarrassing. No reasonable fast-forward function.

Continuous playback errors, and suddenly one day it doesn't play any game on pc or in the app or on smart TV installed reinstalled deleted cookies tried a thousand browsers updating and there is no support at all m seems unfortunate for a streaming service that works this so badly

The only reason why I'm using this app is it's the only legit way to watch NBA games in my region... It doesn't work well with Chromecast. I strongly suspect if the developers even care. Edit: I tried contacting the help center, but describing issues itself is a pain because there are so many of them. And solutions are all primitive: router signal strength, rebooting Chromecast, things that you don't actually expect to improve the situation. I myself am a software developer.......

For an expensive subscription service you get slow streams, numerous crashes, stuttering videos, and no 1080p on website. Not worth it. PS nothing fixes these. updating, clearing cache, using different devices, fast internet. still the same problems. it's clear the problem is on the service's side.

I thought I was the one having problems with my connection but reading the reviews I realize that bad quality is a common problem... if it were free... I did as you told me and I can't use the subscription anymore... which I cancelled immediately.

It's incredibly frustrating. Every time I try to watch a full game it loads a Spanish speaking feed so I have to watch 2 sets of adverts just to start watching. Why not just give us the choice of which feed to watch? Little things like this is why this app is such a pain to use
