Not that good honestly. Why are half the devices just named "unknown" with no way to change it? I even updated it in the Access Control settings on the actual webpage but it didn't update on the app. And the app doesn't have nearly the same number of settings available. Other than that, no complaints. It works well, no crashes, no errors, good UI, quick and responsive

Bricked for Android 23 ultra running os 14. It launches, says it connects, and that's just about it. Wifi analytics won't load.

I'm starting to wonder actually about the legitimacy of this entire thing and it's so called security and is it simple a fraudulent copy of the security company seem everything is being illegal copied today by not even the real genuine company who owns the name I haven't experienced any problems with my phone until I started using this app and the router I'm starting to wish I hadn't I've spent more time repeatedly factory reset everything again and again and then it will not even actually factory wipe everything from the router or the satellite device and it will not remove any of the phone you have added to the router or the app after you reinstall the app I haven't experienced any problems in many years until I started using this app and the router and satellite device I don't even see any evidence that my vpn is even remotely even connected to my router or my own gateway for this device and I have it turned on at my administrator login and I have logged official reports to netgear support why was my satellite device showing up on my nighthawk app when I didn't even have it connected and my satellite device was showing up on my nighthawk app and its not even connected so what sort of con artist scam is going on the only device that I have I'm wishing that I had purchased another make of router and I find it totally disrespectful that these no setup in settings within this app for users firewall settings or anything else to modify our Nat type or anything else just like at website administrator login gateway portal considering that you are all pushing users to use apps to do everything and I have told support it doesn't mention anything about this anywhere access and I don't like this one little bit and in all of my years using this internet I've never ever experienced anything like the issues that I've experienced trying to access my own administrator login so I can make sure all of my settings are correct set up so much for purchasing a product that is meant to be for security purposes it doesn't say much for our safety I'm wishing I'd purchased an Asus router now that has far better options and I can't even use my satellite device because it keeps adding fraudulent information that doesn't even match my nighthawk router

Lots of elements missing accessibility labels. This app is barely usable by blind users.

I enjoy my nighthawk router and have had no problems with it, however you're better off using the web interface than this junk. Things like seeing what devices are on your network, changing minor settings, sure it does just fine. My problem are the consistent popups trying to turn on notifications which in turn will not stop bothering you to get there dumb subscription services. Literally going to any new page in the app spams you with full screen messages. Also the security score is complete garbage as it will only decrease because you haven't installed their bloatware on all your devices. Netgear if you're listening, I don't want your subscription or notifications SO STOP ASKING.

Website refers to this app, however, the app says that the Nighthawk [phone] is not supported. Great cinema for 260€!!

As soon as I open the app I get "firmware is out of date" and can't get beyond that.Trying Anywhere Access gives instructions to go to Menu. But there is no Menu. No Dashboard. Nothing. So WTH is the point of the app?

It would be a lot more useful if it had all the features available when logging into the router directly. Missing Advanced Options and limiting the bandwidth for specific devices.
