Converting the Deutschlandcard points is not possible, always the same error message Data does not match, but if I enter it in the Deutschlandcard app it works. I think it's stupid that I can't convert 30€ now and I'm not the only one in the known circle with the problem

For some time now, I have not been able to convert my points. Supposedly my data is not correct - but my data is correct. Support - I should add another card - but I only have one. Then they refer to deutschland card - they don't even answer. There is probably a flaw in the system. Dear Netto Support Team, please check. There are many users who have the same problems. Many have collected so many points and are loyal customers.
