I've never had a problem with this app until the last few days. Everytime I try to check out it wipes my whole basket. Think I'm just going to order from somewhere else. Shame.

Lack of petite choices
It's so frustrating searching for petite sizes, not a lot available and those that are have limited colours, compared to regular sizes.

Very annoying app. You choose something and it lets you order in your size then when you get to the checkout it's not in stock. Happens all the time

Not great
This app is ok for shopping once you are logged in, but it doesn't save you bagged items, or even remember items that you ‘favourited' when browsing. Rather annoying to be honest. 3 stars for simplicity of ordering and rapid in-store collection.

Ordered before 11pm for next day delivery but only the day after tomorrow is shown as an option for delivery.

Updating the availability of the product often fails, the product will appear available in many sizes, but after placing it in the cart, the information that it is no longer available pops up, which is misleading
