Never gives updates on canceling/rerouting the buses
If you look into service advisories, it's all about rail and north NJ. Never give timely updates on the SNJ buses. Just now the app says bus is coming in 4 minutes, when I get a text from the passenger on a bus that it's already took a detour and running on a highway. Unacceptable.

Better Off Clicking Your Heels Three Times
You never posted my feedback on 4/23/2024. Why? “I know NOTHING about NJ transit as a New Yorker. After trying to figure out the app and NJ transit I was praying I had red shoes to click three times to get home. I bought a ticket via app leaving from N Dean St. & Brownes by Englewood Hospital where a relative had surgery. However, I'm NOT walking an isolated, unbeaten path, through trees to get to a bus stop as a single woman, so I walked to the bus stop on E Hamilton & N Dean. I had a difficult time entering bus stops into the search engine on the app. It's like they don't exist unless user enters an actual physical address. Finally the 5:38 PM 166 bus non-stop to Port Authority speeds past my stop; did not even slow down. So I had to pay $80 to get an Uber into a REAL city with REAL transportation. Thank you New Jersey for nothing accept for a possible segment on some ID TV show. Fix your app, infrastructure, and signs to help people travel with confidence and safety!”

Good app that covers all needs. Menus could be made easier because sometimes it's hard to find what I am looking for: you do the trip planner to find out what ticket you need, and for buying the ticket the ticket menu doesn't work and you have to go over home. The trip planner should include a map, cf. the RATP app from Paris, France.

Trip info for each route doesn't work and it makes it harder to track the bus and see the bus route

Cumbersome, inefficient and slow
This app is long overdue for an update. It's slow, takes for ever to process a purchase and even longer to activate a ticket after your card has been charged. For as much money as we spend you think we'd get a halfway decent user experience.

Needs serious update
App is helpful and buying tickets in app convenient but it has been crashing a lot in the past couple months. Cannot ‘favorite' a specific train number/schedule nor check status without it crashing and closing. It has done this sure ticket interaction too. With the newest Apple IOS update, the NJ Transit app really must have an update to match ASAP. ALSO…your rewards program is useless. It offers nothing in a person's sights of normal NY to NJ to use a discount or coupon towards. 🙄🤷🏻‍♀️🤔

Great for buying tickets-horribly designed
I love that I can buy NJT tickets as I am rushing towards the train. For that, I thank you! However, not only is the layout unintuitive in terms of which services are on certain tabs, but Departure Vision is consistently buggy and mostly not working at all. With this latest update, it was working for a while but it is now down again. What is the fix here? Other apps are outperforming on this, but this is the official app!

Update doesn’t work for me
LOVED this app - it kept me on track for my commute to and from work. But for the past month or so, I do not have Departure Vision…although I can get the status of my train on Safari, it's a bit more tedious. And to me, the point of this app was to ease the commuters transit. A bit disappointed, but I really hope this gets fixed.
