Great store and service, but awful mobile app. The second time I'm facing troubles proceeding with the order as the automatic search is not working and the pre-filled fields are not edible.

Gives an error
I can't place an order! It has been giving an error for 2 days now! It says choose an address, although the delivery address chosen is correct! I used to often place an order, this has never happened!

They send very poorly packed perfumes, which makes them fight in transport. When I started to return it, I sent them all the photos for photo documentation, and suddenly, after a long time, they want some other additional photos where I don't have this perfume for a long time. They want to buy additional insurance for packages, I do not greet and I am waiting for my money.

Following an order where the delivery man stole 2 bottles of perfume from me, the NOTINO company refuses to reimburse me, I prefer to buy from a store a little expensive but at least reliable Really to be avoided No customer service They are crazy about customers! I don't recommend

I wanted to buy some perfumes but I had to wait untill tomorrow and I would only gonna order from notino because I saw there's a 20% discount I was very happy but then when I could've bought it,it was expired.The good sales always lasts a few hours not days so buy it instantly if you see some good sales.Im very sad that this happened because I was very happy to have such good deal like that but I guess I won't order it now😞☹️ It's my bad experience but other than that is a great app.
