Six months on
Reading many bad reviews from others and many emails later, I write something again. Six months have passed and nothing has really improved. Please do something about it. We all want the old features of the app back. What was wrong with the old app? And what do you see as an improvement now? It's anyone's guess. Improve the app, inform your members of the state of affairs and the underlying motivation, planning and outlook. Do what paying members can expect, and the taxpayer with it. And do it now. PLEASE. The new app is really not an improvement in any way and in many ways a huge deterioration. And that's been the case since last year. Read the reviews. Clicking through to other episodes is not possible Saving favorites is not possible Sending tips is not possible He constantly doesn't load programs You have to click on new episodes 3 times before they play Playing through episodes doesn't work The home screen is completely illogical: for example, you always see the episode you have already seen instead of the entire program, so you have to search for the next episode via the search function (!). Nothing can be found anymore. And so on. It is Genuine. No. Do. Just put the old app back, really no one benefits from this.

Too many to mention
We use this app on our phones and on the Apple TV. There is just too much wrong to mention. The app is practically unusable. This has been going on for so long now that I'm about to cancel my NPO Plus subscription. This is unacceptable.

Horrible app. You can't watch episodes in a row. Because then you have to look up the series first, then go through all the seasons and then look for the episode. If you stop halfway and delivery, you have to watch from the beginning again. And you have to rinse again until you get to where you left off. Also, you have to log in again and again. You can't search normally in the search function. Can't work on slightly older TVs, app doesn't work. It's not worth the money. So NPO Start, do something about it.

Nlziet works perfectly, but not available on ziggo, so npo starts, it then says that you don't have npo plus (which you just have at nlziet abbo ..)

What a app. Have several video apps that let you stream to a TV via a Dock connector, if not this app. Sound, no image!

New app
Vastly deteriorated. Every time from the beginning, you can't look any further after stopping. Recordings that have been scheduled and recorded via the TV receiver do not all come back in the app or duplicate if you have scheduled both out of "desperation". If you delete something, it no longer goes together (app and TV receiver). Unclear how much recording space you have left when you're somewhere else (I can't see that on the app). You can only turn 1 way. Awkward with sound buttons and the "stand" of the cover. And so on...

Disastrous interface
Innovative app? Watching from the beginning function is completely wrong, you have to scroll endlessly to find the beginning. And when the live broadcast is over, the program suddenly stops. By default, the subtitles are on again and again after each time you close the app. If you're watching full screen, you can't go back to menu, you can close the window nines. It's all frustration upon frustration.
