One of the worst app . While book from my home to sanath nagar police station showed Rs 75 and after I reach it showed 115 and when I tried to call customer care there is no option that showed and chat they just said issued voucher and there is no voucher I received. Stoling money from Customers. If I didn't get a reply then I will file a case on OLA.

Drivers are demanding for extra money if we refuse to give they are cancelling the ride or they are insisting us to cancel the ride worst experience from Ola auto and cabs

Absolutely terrible app. Have lived in multiple countries but never seen a ride hailing app as bad as this A driver was very late to arrive and we had a flight to catch. On top of that he was very rude and kept yelling at us, his customers and also charged extra in cash. Yet there is no way to speak to a customer service representative and get any redressal. There is 0 care for customers and no way to address such issues outside an automated response from a chat bot. Terrible app

Pathetic app and pathetic management of Ola. Driver is so free to cancel rides after knowing about destination. No steps taken by Ola whatsoever. Have missed train in past just because of such policy of Ola.
