Questionable Practices
For the first time ever I was a victim of fraud and unfortunately it took place on my One Financial account. My Apple Cash was used to send over 1k in transactions that I did not authorize. I immediately cancelled my card and contacted One Financial to file a dispute. They asked for additional documentation such a communication between the seller and I. I reiterate nothing was purchased and these transactions were unauthorized. I was notified my dispute was closed as “no error occurred”. I have sent several messages asking how no error can occur on authorized transactions and I'm provided a generic response that no error occurred. Please keep in mind you may have no protection in the event your accounts are compromised. And be customer service is horrible. I was drawn because I shop at Walmart and liked the perks but I will be returning to a traditional account that provides protection to its customers.

Absolutely horrible app, tried to cancel money from transferring told me to wait a moment I didn't it every hour and it would say” try again later” like ofc it would so something like that, I never use the app or the card, the one time I do absolutely horrible

As soon as my $3000 deposit hit my one card first time I ever used it someone changed my email and phone number on profile that was a week ago and they still cannot tell me how I am going to get into my account or how they will retrieve my funds. A whole week and I still haven't got to use one cent of my money! Custoker service was no help they said they do not have a fraud or IT department and everytime I call they say the same spill "you will receive and update in an email in 4 days! SCAM

I asked him for cash advance and they told me they wasn't able to give me a cash advance at this on this card but nobody is and that's why I'm homeless and that's why I don't have any access they're not giving me any money

It’s Fine
I like it for the most part. My check goes in a solid two days later than at my previous bank and often even later in the day on actual payday than I've ever seen-despite the promise of early direct deposit they like to advertise which is a little annoying (customer service unhelpful in this regard, but I've heard others say how great they are so maybe a one off), but other than that no issues.

Doesn't take 15 minutes to see a Id is legit this is dumb. Cat sign up for an account because your AI camera system doesn't recognize the new Arizona DLs. It's unprofessional and I'm not simply holding my camera for 30 minutes for an Ai camera to scan My Dl just to still be sitting there waiting for it to scan I'd give you 0 stars if I could

I received my card transfer ed funds to my account. They tell you after the transfer 2 to 5 business days. I deposited the money on a Friday and I won't receive it till Saturday of the following week. A cash app money to the card and I want to go use it. It said wrong PIN and was unable to take funds out. Same problem happened with Chime app. As soon as I went to get funds out wrong PIN. Do yourself a favor, do not use these internet apps
