Coupling problems cannot be solved
So, there is Oticon on switched off and companion the new buddy. Unfortunately, nothing works... My devices (i.e. the Apple iPad and iPhone probably not) are too old. All attempts to pair the devices failed. When I think about what these things cost... For my next purchase, I will use this as one of the top criteria: A working app. Until then, it will probably have to work without IPhone... Update: I paired the hearing aids directly via the hearing aid in the iPhone. It worked immediately and flawlessly. And then tried again with Oticon Companion... It worked immediately and flawlessly. So first pair with Apple, then with Oticon Companion. The app itself does what it's supposed to... New update: and again the pairing does not work. Not even the previously described variant. I would probably have to log out in the Apple settings and restart completely. It's too time-consuming for me. The fact remains: When buying a new one, this will be one of the main criteria for the evaluation... It's a shame, because the Oticon devices were the first with the new 360-degree listening experience. But others have that now, too.

Every day I need to pair my hearing aids to my phone. Also I need to adjust the volume from 64, to my setting of L 79 R 72. WHY

The previous one didn't take much time to show the control volume or mute. Animations and UI is much better but I rather the app to be quick
