Do your homework before buying
Overall I would say this app is a 5-star rating but when I used it out of state, it charged me more than the posted garage rate, so do your research before buying!!

app & website donât connect
there is no connectivity between their emails, website, and mobile app. Unless you do everything on the mobile app, seems youâre just making your life more complicated. bottom line, poor software integration The company was nice enough to contact me and offer a phone number, but Iâve already spent more than enough time on this. The bottom line is, Neither parkWhiz app nor website is integrated to Apple wallet, which is where all my event tickets go and Parking too except for parkWhiz. I can see my parking pass on the parkwhiz website, But if I donât have connectivity, I donât have a pass. This could easily be overcome if I could download the pass into Apple wallet or the ParkWhiz app itself, But neither is possible. And therein lies the problem. perhaps now ParkWhiz has enough information to understand the problem and solve it if they wish. As for me, I hope I have connectivity when I arrive to park. ð¤seems like a nice company, but bad software.

Donât bother!
I reserved a spot in a parking garage right around the corner from the venue in NYC. We arrived half an hour before the show and were turned away. We were told that our reservations âdidnât matter because itâs a third party appâ. We missed the opening act because we had to park so far away and for $30 more than the âreservationâ we made with this app. I donât even know what the purpose of this app is.

Not a good app. BEWARE
I recently booked a parking spot at the Ronald Reagan parking lot in Washington DC for $19 using the ParkWhiz iOS app, and paid via Apple Pay. Unfortunately, the experience has been frustrating. After completing my purchase, I was unable to locate the QR code required for entry into the parking garage. I've checked the app thoroughly, but there seems to be no trace of the QR code, and I'm not even sure if my account was correctly set up during the purchase process. The lack of accessibility to the necessary QR code and the uncertainty about the account creation has made this experience quite inconvenient. I hope ParkWhiz can address these issues promptly to improve their service for future users.

I paid in advance for a parking spot for my daughters graduation this coming Friday and i canât find it! Very frustrating as i have the ticket number but it doesn't come up.

Terrible Service, Deceptive Practices, and Nonexistent Customer Care
I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with ParkWhiz, and let me tell you, it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I paid full price for a service that I never received, and to add insult to injury, I was turned away like a stray dog at their establishment. It took me a month of relentless pursuit just to get them to acknowledge their blatant disregard for customer satisfaction. First and foremost, their so-called "service" is nonexistent. Despite shelling out my hard-earned money, I was left high and dry without even a semblance of the assistance I paid for. And what's worse? They had the audacity to turn me away at their doorstep, as if my patronage meant absolutely nothing to them. But wait, it gets better. Not content with just providing abysmal service, ParkWhiz decided to throw in a sneaky disclaimer buried in the fine print. Oh, you want to bring a van-sized vehicle? Well, that's going to cost you extra! Because apparently, hiking up the prices for larger vehicles wasn't enough of a cash grab for them. As if their lack of service and deceptive practices weren't enough, let's talk about their customer care. Or should I say, lack thereof? It took me a whole month of calling, emailing, and practically begging for them to acknowledge their wrongdoing. And even when they finally did, their apology felt about as genuine as a plastic flower. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration, and steer clear of ParkWhiz. They're a prime example of everything that's wrong with businesses today ââ¬â greedy, deceitful, and utterly indifferent to the needs of their customers. Trust me, you're better off taking your business elsewhere
